The College Library is housed in a separate block which is situated on the west side of the main building of the college. The Library is for the use of the under-graduate and post-graduate students, research scholars and staff of the College.
It functions on an open access system and observes the following timings:

The Library has two reading halls to accommodate 210 readers at a time. The Library is a member of the Regional Library Co-operation Group and it obtains documents on inter-library loan from other libraries in the Country. A Library Committee consisting of members of the teaching staff and student representatives assists the Principal on matters of policy.
The Library has a total collection of 98768 documents which consist of Library Collection, Students Aid Fund and Book Bank.
a) Library Collection
The library has a collection of 50,649 books, bound periodicals, standards, microfilms photocopies, etc. on scientific, technical and science subjects. It has 10,901 books under Students Aid Fund scheme which are issued to the students for a full semester. In addition 32,105 books are available to the students under the Book Bank Scheme.
b) Students Aid Fund
The College has a Student Aid Fund which renders financial assistance to the economically weak students of the College for purchase of books, Mini Drafting Machines etc.
The fund has acquibrown 10,901 books including 40 set-square sets, 30 Drawing Instrument Boxes and 160 Mini Drafting Machines. These are issued to deserving students for the full duration of a semester at a time.
The fund is operated by a committee comprising the following:

c) Book Bank
The College has opened a Book Bank from which books are issued to the students of the college for full duration of a semester at a time. Preference is given to students who are not in receipt of any scholarship or financial help from any source. The Book Bank has so far acquibrown about 37,218 books in the library stock.
d) Journals
The Library subscribes to about 167 scientific and technical journals. A number of complimentary copies are also received by it.
Students and teachers of the college are admitted as members of the library on the recommendation of the Tutor/ Chairman of the department concerned respectively. Applications are to be made in the prescribed form obtainable at the issue counter of the Library.
Teachers of the College can also become members of the Kurukshetra University Library after getting their application forms attested by the Principal of the College.
Care of Books:
The library books are for the benefit of not only the present but also for the future members of the library. They should, therefore, be handled with every care and consideration. Damaging and defacing of books is highly objectionable and may lead to cancellation of membership privileges and replacement of damaged book by a new one.


Bibliographic Service
The Library provides bibliographic services to its readers on request. It also prepares bibliographies for all seminars and Summer Schools conducted in the College.
Reprographic Services
The Library is equipped with one Modi Xerox 1025 and one Ricoh FT 5632 Machine. Reproduction from books, periodicals and other charts and diagrams are provided on nominal charges.
Reference Service
Reference books like dictionaries encyclopedias, handbooks, manuals etc. stand arranged subject wise in the manner stated above in a separate shelf. Qualified and trained library personnel are on duty to help the members to locate any desibrown information out of the library resources.
